Minecraft server

Welcome back. The minecraft server has been open for over a year now and it has reached its fifth map from its opening. The server is completely vanilla now and whitelisted. Welcome back!

I have been away from tumblr for a long time and have come back just because I want to have a good place to release updates about the server and about youtube, etc. I hope lots of people will read this from youtube and the server so they will know what is going on.

New Plugin! 

This plugin allows you to have money to pay for stuff. This will allow for a server-wide transformation from a freebuild server to a RP server. 

/money shows you balance

/money ?  show info about the plugin

MagicTricks

There is a new plugin-one that allows you to perform magic! The commands are:

/magictorch  a magic torch that follows you around

/midastouch  right click a tree and it turns to gold

/xray  (not recommended) turns your surroundings to glass

/magiccarpet  makes you fly on a sheet of glass

/letmefly hold a feather and fly!

GriefAlert

A new plugin for the server that allows me to tell who is grieving, remove any brick I want, and finally, ban blocks i don’t want used. This is due to a command /degriefstick, which is a stick that can remove anything, including adminium.

Next Plugin (hopefully) is LetMeFly, a plugin that allows you to fly when you hold a feather.

Cuboid Plugin!!!

Well, recently, the cuboid plugin was installed. There was some abuse, but over all it was a success. The cuboid plugin allows us to build homes, farms, anything 5000 times easier(as long as they’re squares or circles.) The plugin involves using a shovel to select the area to be affected and the choosing what you want to happen to that area. For example, I could select a large area and put /cfill, filling the entire area with the block of my choice. Remember, you can type in the name of the block, IDs are not necessary. So, with this, i could do any number of things. 

/cfaces makes a box

/cwalls makes 4 walls

/csphere makes a sphere

/cball makes a ball

/ccircle makes either a circle or a cylinder without a top

/cfill fills in the area with the selected block

All of this is done with a wooden shovel.

Client-side chat

Well i was thinking of setting up a client side chat/server for talking and mics, or just to chat and send information. you would need a mic, or at least listen to the people with the mic.

Updates

Sigh. Updates. Why. Everything was going so well and then, now, in 26 days, we have to restart the server again. More crap to clog up my computer. More crap to make the server run slower. Do we really need this? I question the whole point of some of the updates. Several pointless updates:

  1. the hell world with portals

  2. The deeper the darker

  3. torches burning out

  4. jack-o-lanterns

  5. a watch?

Well you see what my problem is. A bunch of useless updates that makes it so i have to restart the server with new mods and a different map. Anyone have a problem with the server restart? post on the forum replies to this post. Also, post a reply with any crap or mods or any opinions you have on the updates.
